Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
To start a return, contact us at hello@clickythings.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fidget arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch straight away. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll sort it out. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
Want a different colour? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the one you want. This way you get your new fidget as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hello@clickythings.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.
